The first time you login, run /sys/lib/newuser to set up your home directory, then passwd to change your password. Log out and back in again, and rio should be started automatically.
To connect, you'll need drawterm [1].
$ drawterm -a plan9.lug.rose-hulman.edu -c plan9.lug.rose-hulman.edu -u <username>
